Procurement Options

Elcon’s approach to flexibility in design applies equally to procurement:

• Elcon will undertake the construction of the system directly by participating as a Prime Subcontractor to a Main Contractor.
• Elcon will form a Joint Venture with a suitable Main Contractor / Developer / State or Government body.
• Elcon will enter into contract directly with the land owner / client to supply and erect the system or the complete project as a Turn-Key Contractor.
• Elcon will sell their equipment to the client with a technology transfer package to train the client’s workforce to operate the system under licence.
